Recruitment position: Sales representative/salesperson

Job Description:

1. Responsible for collecting new customer information and communicating, developing new customers;

2. Effectively communicate with customers over the phone to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales performance;

3. Maintain the business of old customers and tap into their maximum potential;

4. Regularly communicate with cooperating clients and establish good long-term cooperative relationships.

Job requirements:

1. High school education or above, aged 18-30 years old, with clear speech, fluent Mandarin, and infectious pronunciation;

2. High enthusiasm for sales work;

3. Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills;

4. Resilient personality, agile thinking, with good adaptability and pressure bearing ability;

5. Have sharp market insight, strong sense of career, responsibility, and positive work attitude, and have relevant experience in telemarketing work is preferred.

Salary and benefits:

Base salary+high commission; Purchase social security after formal employment.

Working hours:

Organize internal activities or arrange training within the company from Monday to Saturday.
